I normally don’t write reviews usually, specially negative ones but I strongly feel like everyone needs to be aware of Natalia’s behaviour and ND clinic’s customer service before they go in.
The experience was just diabolical from start to finish.
I booked a consultation for my mum’s skin last Thursday, 27/01/22 at 1:00 pm. The appointment was made to remove few skin tags on Tuesday with the receptionist who said Natalia would look at the pictures of my mum’s skin and advise what was needed, I never heard anything which already should’ve been a red flag.
We went in for our appointment on 27/01/22, Natalia greeted us with haste and the ‘’consultation’’ which was carried out in the reception area was very rushed. She offered to do a sample on BOTH cheeks for £100 which we (now regrettably) agreed to go ahead with.
Then she took my mum upstairs and got me to fill in some paperwork. After I handed the filled paperwork to the receptionist, I went in upstairs with my mum but Natalia wouldn’t let me stay in the room and asked me to leave the room very rudely. Wasn’t due to covid as she didn’t even have a mask or face shield on while performing such task so close to my Mum’s face.
I waited outside the room whilst my mum was having the treatment. During the treatment she told my mum how she was only shown the pictures of my mum’s face that morning and that we weren’t scheduled an appointment for this treatment. In fact, Natalia had ‘squeezed us in’ during her lunch. After some time she started getting hungry and said the treatment was done for today. She only did some work on one cheek and hadn’t even touched the other cheek!!
She was charging us the FULL amount after only doing HALF the job. Then I voiced my concern and was explaining how this is unfair. Natalia started to play the victim and was bringing up her past trauma to threaten us and made us feel very very uncomfortable. She wasn’t listening to anything I had to say. I had no choice but to pay her the full price for half the job that was done in a rush. My mum is now left with no aftercare for her face, her face looks worse than it did before. We aren’t even sure if she had sterilised the equipments as my mum’s face is very irritated and inflamed right now. I very much regret taking my mum to ND clinic to be treated so badly.
As someone who works with the public on a day to day basis, I fail to understand how Natalia can have a business when she speaks to people like the way she did to us. Natalia is extremely rude and unprofessional. Please please AVOID this clinic at any cost!!

What a find!!!This looks small from the outside, but this place packs a range of services you wouldn't even find in most high end of beauticians. I've recently finished a treatment of RF Cavitation which included options for fat melting and fat freezing. I paid for 10 treatments and got 2 free. Some treatments were more than an hour and some less. It really depends on what area you are having treated, so be prepared to be flexible as you'll need to fit in with the needs of the treatment and your body requirements. After this treatment, I've lost a total of total of 8 inches of my problematic area. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend a consultation if you wish to pursue. Note that this treatment was completely pain free and I had absolutely no down time at all.I am also going through laser hair removal, this is very early days but I've noticed a significant difference even after 2 treatments. This treatment, prickles a little but nothing at all uncomfortable. I have recently had my nails done and WOW, never have I had my nails done so professionally and with so much care and attention as the nail technician here. And at a very reasonable price too. There is so much choice at this place that even if you're not sure what you need doing, the experience of the staff will talk you through all the options available and match you up with the most appropriate treatment. I always wait for my appointments at ND clinic with excitement. It’s not only a prefossional service I receive but also a wonderful “me” time. I can properly relax and enjoy my treatments as I know that Natalia is a qualified professional plus always has a good sense of humour. My body and sould feels refreshed after each appointment and I can’t wait enough for the next one. All staff is friendly and professional and love their job, which makes you feel certain that you are in capable and caring hands. I asked for a consultation at nail desk after my carbon laser treatment and technician offered her overtime to do my nails. What a fantastic person and she did the most amazing job! I can not recommend ND highly enough. I have been going here for a couple of years for waxes and eyebrows but today I went for the maternity pamper package. ..and I did not think they could get any better but they do! First I had the full body massage and facial by Natalia who is trained in pregnancy massage. It was so relaxing and I was made to feel so comfortable. I am a midwife and Was so impressed with the positions she put me in to make me feel comfortable and safe. The worst thing as a heavily pregnant woman is being made to lay flat on your back which isn't safe anyway. But Natalia put cushions all around me to position me just right. I was massaged from the tips of my toes to the top of my head and she even used head and neck techniques that I have only ever experienced from an osteopath! Very professional effective techniques. The full body massage has so many benefits such as improving circulation and relaxation which are even more important when you're pregnant... and I think there was even some reflexology in there. I've had restless and swollen legs the last few weeks and I can feel immediate results. Following the refreshing facial I had a file and polish by Simone which was such a treat as I usually can't have my nails done due to my work. Who could have thought a simple file and polish could make such a difference I felt thoroughly pampered the whole way through and from a midwife and mum perspective would highly recommend as it has been so beneficial! I cannot praise ND Skin Clinic highly enough. I have been going here for years. I am very fussy and I do like my quality treatments there from time to time. In particular, Natalia, the owner is an absolute credit to her business. She is extremely caring, helpful and she is very very skilled at what she does. She has worked tirelessly to build her business which she actually started from the front room in her own home many years ago! I am so pleased that Natalia has done so well with her business, now having her own successful studio. Well done Natalia! I often have a back massage, waxing and my nails done. I would not hesitate to recommend any of the girls working there, they are all BRILLIANT!!!! Would highly recommend ND Skin clinic.....Natalia has always offered fantastic service and always ensures that I am happy with the work she has done. She suggests treatments that will help with different skin conditions but never forces them on you. She just suggests things that will help and books them in to a time that suits you. Had wax gel nails and eye brows done. Very accommodating with appointments. Really professional manner. The wax was the most comfortable I’ve had (obviously still stings) and I’m really happy with the result.

I went last Tuesday to have a few treatments done. I had Hot Stone massage and skin peel done both by Natalia. The massage was amazing! Natalia worked every single muscle of my body and the feeling of the hot stones was so calming and comfortable. The Skin Peel 100% recommended as my skin is looking great! Also, I had Shellac manicure and pedicure done by the nail technician that they have and she did a great job. I just wish I was going on hols to wear sandals and show off also my feet. HIFU non surgical facelift
Extremely impressed with this procedure and Natalia. Being a lady in her mid 40s who is going through the menopause my body and face are changing in ways I am not ready to accept yet.
This procedure took the stress, wrinkles and true age away from my eyes and whole face area immediately and improved more over the coming weeks. Natalia was very honest about the results I would achieve which I found refreshingly encouraging.
