This lady knows how to organise to the finest detail. Makes the entire process stress free and is creative and meticulous making sure it is to your liking. She did the decor for my 30th birthday party, making an exceptional cake and sweets table and put finishing touches to the venue. Good music is always something that keeps people on the dance floor, so always ensure you hire a DJ that is versatile and can entertain the crowd they are playing for.

If you have great company who enjoy a little boogie dancing into the wee hours of the morning is just standard, ensure you have some flip flops at the ready for those wanting to get out of wearing heels.

I'm really eclectic as my style may vary from day to day. Basically I like anything that looks nice wether it be simple or ostentatious. The one thing I can guarantee is that I'm a stickler for symmetry and love things to match it just makes life easier.

I love the fact that no two weddings or events are ever the same so my job is never boring.

At the age of 19 I was given the task of planning my bosses wedding, the thing is I only had a month to do it so with the yellow pages in one hand and the Thomson local in the other I began my task. It wasn't easy but I enjoyed every bit of of. On the day itself there were a few hiccups but nothing noticeable. I felt a real sense of pride that I managed to make a couple and their guests really happy.

I'm not your "typical" planner I don't have set hours, I'm available to help by text, phone call or email, I attend dress fittings, supplier meetings and literally act like your event PA giving quality advice, hints and tips. I'm creative , logical thinking with a methodical approach. My aim is to ensure my clients are 100% stress free so they can sit back, relax and enjoy.

Services

Guest lists can be a huge and daunting task, especially chasing people who have not responded. After a consultation to gather all the guest information I need, I will organise the invitation list, set up an online system for your guests to RSVP, log RSVP’s and any special requirements of your guests and chase up any late RSVP’s on your behalf. The Guest List Management service can save you a considerable amount of time and stress, knowing that I am dealing with the majority of guest questions regarding accommodation, gift list, transport and venue directions.

Day of Co-ordination This package is for couples who have orgainsed everything but just need someone to take control of their wedding day so they can relax and take in all the memories that will be created. The Co-ordination package includes, but is not limited to the following: Free consultation 4 weeks prior to the wedding day I will be available in person and by telephone during the entire wedding day to receive deliveries, assist suppliers and answer any problems or questions. Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party. Follow up telephone calls to all contracted suppliers, 1 - 2 weeks before wedding day. Liaison with the venue and suppliers on your behalf & provide each of them with a detailed 'On The Day' schedule Overseeing the venue set up and decoration, liaising with suppliers to ensure the tables are laid out exactly as you envisaged Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding On-site management and supervision throughout the ceremony and reception, on the day of your wedding. Manage the wedding party. Organise & distribute all flowers to wedding party, family members & special guests. Provide full Emergency Kit - sewing kit, first aid kit, etc. Make sure that all members of the wedding party are looking perfect. Properly line up processional music & cue musicians. Place table names, place cards, favors, toasting glass & serving set as per your instructions. Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during reception. Ensure payment of suppliers tips & balances. Return any personal or rented items to their owners. Discreet coordination throughout your wedding day, giving you the peace of mind to thoroughly enjoy each and every minute, stress free On your wedding day I will be on hand to oversee the ceremony setup, wedding breakfast setup and evening reception set up I will ensure all wedding gifts and cards are safe and ready for the bride and groom to take home. On the day after your wedding I will attend the venue to ensure all vendors have collected hired items and that nothing has been left behind

Finding the perfect venue for your wedding can be very overwhelming especially if you haven't got a venue in mind. After an intial consultation to find out your prefered wedding date and what you are looking for, I will go away and save you the time and money by calling and emailing a variety of venues that suit your requirements and do the search for you. I will narrow my search down to 6 of the best venues that are available on your wedding day and visit each venue to assess their setup and gather as much information from them as I can. I will then present you with a Venue Summary Sheet which breaks down: Costs and Payment Terms Terms and Conditions Booking information Venue capacities Venue write up Contact Details Hidden extra’s Map depicting location and distance Photographs and brochures from the venue Once you have looked at the summary I would suggest you pick at least 3 venues you would like to visit. I will then arrange an appointment for you to attend and I will come along for guidance and moral support.

After a consultation to find out what you are looking for, I will go away and save you the time and money by calling and emailing a variety of suppliers that suit your requirements and narrow down the search for you. For each category of supplier you require, I will narrow my search down to 3/4 of the best suppliers that are available on your weddings day and present you with a Supplier Summary Sheet which breaks down: Rough costs and payment terms Booking information Supplier write up Contact Details Hidden extra’s Map depicting location and distance from key wedding day locations

This package is for the couple who may have already completed part of their planning and just need a little extra help to put everything together. This package allows the couple to have a hands-on role in their planning with my professional assistance to guide them. The partial wedding planning package includes, but is not limited to the following: Complimentary two hour Initial consultation with the bride and groom Free wedding email address Unlimited phone and email availability during business hours Email reminders first of the month of what needs to be accomplished that month Help to prepare and understand a budget Prepare a schedule/timeline and checklists Answer etiquette questions Assist with venue layout for ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast and evening reception Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to client and vendors Final walk-through with client at selected sites month of the wedding (meeting should include florist if possible) Collection and inventory of wedding items to be setup on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc. Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors services/products Assist with arranging hotel accomodation for the bridal party for the night before and the night after the wedding Assistance with tracking RSVP's and who will be attending Final walk-through with client at selected sites the month of the wedding Final timelines prepared the month of the wedding Final consultation with vendors the month of the wedding I will be the main point of contact for any general queries at least three weeks before the wedding day as this will alleviate stress and you will be able to enjoy the lead up to your big day without any hassle.
