The products are really high quality and they work. I purchased the Pumpkin Peel a few years back. I lived in Australia and unfortunately for some reason didn't receive it. For some reason the email platform also wasn't working and my emails didn't go through. Nanci responded when I complained about it years later and is sending me a full size, more expensive product to make up for it. Super happy and grateful and can't wait to try it, and to continue purchasing my products from here.
