So far, so good. Only started building a new website now with NavThemes "TheWest" Wordpress theme. My criteria was for a well-designed, quick and simple to set up theme, and I evaluated many themes, from established theme providers and newer designers, before settling on this one.
It's lifetime support along with a very competitive price was a big influence in making my decision. As is usual, there were a few bugs to be fixed, but the speed of the response and fix to my support tickets has been second to none.
I'll be updating my review as I go along, but I don't expect there will be any major delays with going live as it is easy to understand the designer's layout plan for this theme.
--Update--
Having used their TheWest Pro theme for for nearly 6 months now, I can say that I haven't had any major issues with my website. It is reasonably quick to load from a shared hosting environment and the theme design has received good feedback. Because of this, I have updated their star rating to 5 for their support. Keep up the good work guys.
