Kristina helped me when I graduated with my BA as a mature student and was looking to return to full-time work doing something/anything other than the customer service jobs I had held previously. She had me not only take the standard self-assessment tests, but also encouraged me to take the time to write out on paper my perfect working day. I worked with Kristina for about 4 months. I first attended a meet up/ workshop for Navigating Transitions and was inspired to sign up for individual counseling. Kristina was easy to talk to and extremely patient and positive in her approach to helping me to find my own answers. She is very resourceful and great at networking. I was interested in taking assessment tools to learn more about myself. Kristina provided several resources to help with this. To help me with my decision process, she connected me with people in careers I was considering so that I could get more information. She also consistently followed up with me after sessions which helped me stay focused.
