Overall, outstanding customer service from Mr Tarek who organised everything from A-Z. At first I was abit worried about going to turkey to perform such a procedure. However mr Tarek made sure everything went smooth and plain sailing. So impressed. The clinic was very clean and the medical team was professional at all times. They were very honest guided me through to make the right decisions saving me money in the long run. They weren’t just after my money. They put the customers needs first.Wow what can I say about the hotel. Amazing . The transport is great to. You get picked up from and to the airport in a Mercedes . What more can you ask for.The only negative from the trip was the dodgy taxi drivers. Make sure they always put on the meter when you go out in the evening. Taksim square is around the corner. Hi,I have done my hair transplant surgery (DHI technique) in NaturalHair Turkey this week. It was very good and well organised. Initially they have promised me for 4000 grafts and finally they have done 4705 grafts (extra grafts depends on how much healthy grafts) without any extra charge. It is great and given me great dense in my front. Around 8 members were working during my operation time including Doctors and Nurses which takes around 11 hours to finish the whole process. It takes around 6 months to see a good result they said. The agent called Mahmood he was excellent, supported us all the way through our Journey to Istanbul to get my husbands hair transplant done with the package included. We were abit worried due to the fact that we didn’t no who this agent was accept talking over the phone. When we got there everything happened exactly the way he explained to us. New country, new place, don’t no anybody there with his support we didn’t feel we were in another country. This review is based on the treatment i received, not the outcome of the surgery as I've just got home, so I wouldn't be able to say how well it turned out, although I am confident. I decided to get in contact with a couple of places in Turkey that do Hair Transplants, and Natural Hair Turkey UK got back to me very quick. We spoke for a while because after reading some reviews, i just wasn't convinced, seemed too easy for what I was being charged. Tariq remained in contact with me, helping me book flights and sort my VISA out. I must say I was nervous up until I got to the airport, then I was greeted by the driver. I had this horrible image of getting there, and no one being there, me stuck in Turkey with no place to stay (I'm a little paranoid) However the driver was there, they took me to the hotel which was DoubleTree by Hilton. A very nice, 5 star hotel. Staff were lovely, and it was a real treat to stay there. Tariq remained in contact with me, but I was also receiving messages from the planning department regarding my pick up for surgery. They told me what time, asked me to confirm my room number and dead on the time they said, there was a call from the front desk telling me that my car was here. Went to the hospital, Doctor examined my hair and we discussed specifics. Initially via whatsapp, they said the most they could take was 2500 grafts, in the end they took 4700. Obviously its hard to get a real look at the roots via a photo. So I was pleasantly surprised. After they took blood to test, and paid for the surgery. I was taken to a room, which would be my home for the next 13 hours. Basically I was a nightmare, I had severely high blood pressure, so they gave me some medication and wouldn't start the procedure until it had come down a bit. As annoying as this was, this actually really impressed me. Putting my health ahead of their own time keeping, to ensure things went smoothly. 13 hours later, the transplant was complete. I remember going out into the waiting area, and the technician who shaved my head and was with me throughout the entire procedure was sleeping on the chair. She really put in a shift, but again the commitment from all at this hospital impressed me. It was now 4am, I was given my medications, shampoo, lotion and instructions, hat and neck pillow and a driver took me back to the hotel. After that, it was just about resting up for the day. So i made use of the facilities at the hotel and enjoyed my day of skiving. It was actually quite windy, so the timing was good. Again Tariq remained in touch with me throughout the day, making sure all was going well. Later that evening, I received a text informing me of my next appointment for the following day. Same again, I received a call the following morning, telling me the driver was waiting. He took me to the hospital, as i was waiting i recognised some of the faces from my operation, they all came and said hello, and to ask how I was doing. The a lovely doctor took me into a consultation room and asked me about how I was feeling, she took a closer look at the transplanted area and confirmed what I had suspected, that the operation went well. She then took me through the cleaning routine, and gave me the option to buy some extra medication on top of what they had already given me. Mesotherapy, and vitamins etc, just to support with my hair growth. I elected not to purchase the extra, which wasn't an issue. She just advised me to look into getting some similar products when I got home, in order to help with the hair regrowth, which I had already planned to do, Tariq also helped me find alternatives. She was very nice and polite throughout, one of the reviews on here made it sound like she was gonna hold me at knife point until I bought something. lol. After this she then handed me over to a technician who removed my bandaged from my donor area and did my first wash. I was then taken back to my hotel by a driver, and the rest of the trip was mine. Contacted them regarding a hair transplant. Got back to me really quickly, once I was still a bit skeptical about the whole thing, up until I got off the plane and there was a driver waiting for me. Then I relaxed a bit. I got driven to a five star hotel, the UK office stayed in contact with me throughout and even now. 10 days post op. They’re still checking up on me. Hospital staff were very attentive. I gave them a few problems because of my high blood pressure but they gave me medication and waited before starting operation. Meaning I was in there for 13 hours as opposed to 8. They worked on me until 3:30am. I was very impressed one of the nurses was passed out in the waiting area as she had been with me from the start. Very caring people. Post op care was good, they offered me additional meds/care but I elected not to take them up on the offer. They didn’t mind that, stayed in the hotel, checked out Taksim/Bazaar.
