The bootcamps are hard but very enjoyable and my PT sessions have been tailored to meet my goals. Really enjoy getting up knowing I have a bootcamp or PT session that day. I've learnt a lot about what I need to do to reach my goals and sessions are always really fun. They're tailored to individual needs and there's the right amount of encouragement. Laurence is amazing and his boot camp sessions despite being hard work are really good fun and the people simply fantastic and a really friendly bunch. Since joining his bootcamp and having PT sessions I have managed to so far lose just under 2 and half stone in the space of 5 months and dropped 3 dress sizes. If you are willing to do it and put in some hard work but want to have fun, make some great friends and lose weight then I would definitely and highly recommend Laurence and Natural Fitness without a doubt. Being dedicated to achieve the goals and a willingness to push hard. A change in lifestyle not just diet will dramatically help.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people to achieve their goals aswell as improve their health. Seeing a client achieve something they thought was impossible is a really good feeling for both of us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When i left the army I wanted to be my own boss and not be stuck in a gym all day every day.
