Love this place. The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

Walter is professional, quick, and just great to work with. A master of his craft really.

I actually don’t get my hair done anywhere else anymore. Nobody can get it done quite as well as. I actually first started with Walter in 2010 at another establishment and followed him over to Natural and Relaxed in 2016 after trying several others that just couldn’t measure up.

Now I live in Dallas, TX and I still only get my hair done by Walter. Just have to make an appointment in advanced whenever I get the chance to visit Miami, FL again. Which brings me to mention that the staff is always courteous and accommodating.

I read all of the reviews before posting my own and I must say I agree with all of them! I am all natural with very thick shoulder length 4B type hair. I am very tender headed and I have had a bad experience every time that I straighten my hair. DAYNIA is a godsend. She does not get flustered or frustrated at the difficulty of combing my hair. I asked her to straighten my hair but to give it a little bit of a curl for my 10th wedding anniversary party, it ended up being a lot more curls than I imagined however they were so beautiful that I asked her how would I keep it that way for two days and she took the time to show me and then pinned up all of my curls so that it would be fresh for the night of my party. A big THANK YOU to Master Stylist Daynia for my Organic Highlights and overall SPECTACULAR color! I live in Palm Beach County and it was well worth the 100 mile trip to get my hair done the right way. I sent her a pic of my dream hair color (Ash Blond... I am a natural med brown base with lota of red in my hair). I consulted with stylist near me and stated that because I already had color in my hair, it would be unlikely to achieve desired outcome...until I met Daynia! They are a Paul Mitchel Signature Salon, using only the finest product that allowed me to achieve an outcome better than expected. As an added bonus to this salon, they have a masterful makeup artist and skincare specialist, Kristin. I arrived makeup free and she created a custom blend foundation to match my skintone with my new hair color. I did not even know that you can create foundation to match your skin, exact... I came in for a nice simple cut and after a conditioning, cut and blow dry I left with a whole new me. It is a nice clean salon and the customer service was excellent, highly recommend. I’ll surely be back again!

This place is by far the best natural hair salon to go to. These folks know Natural hair care. Walter, one of the hair stylist and owners has been doing hair for over 20 yrs. I first went to him when he worked at Peter of London in Kendall, I have natural super curly hair and he gave me a hair cut that was by far the best I've had. So when he opened his own shop, I knew I had to go back an pay him a visit. He gave me another cut that I was completely obsessed with, and a few months later I went in for a color job. This Paul Mitchell salon provides true top notch service!!! From the minute we walked in we were offered water,coffee, and even wine! We sat comfortably in the small seating area and they didn't  seem to mind that we walked in with a 5 headed tribe. We were there for support.Everyone in here was super nice and patient. Also noticed everyone had a cool vibe with style(hair and clothing),piercings, and henna tattoos. My friends daughter was being brave. She decided to chop off all her hair due to years of chemically damaged treatments. She decided to go with a natural look to start over. Her stylist went over everything with us even after asking repeatedly the same questions( we were nervous..a girls hair is a serious topic). She wasn't bothered at all and everyone here seems to help eachother out. As she cut another stylist came over and swept up her area real quick.The owner came over and even gave some helpful hair tips.I have to say this salon is super clean to. Nothing was dusty, shelves all organized and even the bathroom was spotless.It was nail biting seeing my friends daughter's  hair just slowly coming to. But she was happy, satisfied, and had a look of relief. When she was finally done they told us about some more products to purchase to help with the upkeep. She also gave somepointers to do everyday and weekly. My friend purchased 2 products from here to to help with her daughters hair growth. We were so happy that she loved her hair and of the treatment given by the whole staff! I will definitely come back myself to get my hair and treatments done here. I have gone to quite a few places, and been overcharged for a blow dry. This place offered reasonable prices and what really stood out was the friendliness that was emitted. Everyone greeted me with smiles and a "good morning". I felt like I could actually relax. Joann was nothing short of amazing! She took her time washing and giving me a scalp massage, which I have never experienced and then listened to all the complaints of the previous people who have touched and burned my hair. My hair came out like never before! My ends curled up and she used quality products. The actual salon feels very homey. No one is in a rush and they dedicate attention to each of their clients. Slayed by Daynia! After a tragic hair cut I experienced, I was recommended from a classmate who has beautiful natural hair to go to this place and I took her word for it (word of mouth is better than going in clueless). So Being that I was desperate I decided to travel all the way to Miami from Coral Springs! When I arrived I was greeted, everyone was very welcoming they even gave me a tour of the cute little shop she has. After the tour I was given the best scalp rub ever and the wash left me feeling super fresh, then Day looked over my hair and worked her magic. Once I was done and my hair completely dried after leaving I was amazed!
