I usually don't leave reviews but this one is a must. I've been training with Piers for nearly a year and by now it feels like the only hard work that I have to do is turn up for the session He definitely has an amazing ability as a personal trainer to constantly push me to my limits and then make me realise I have more to give ♀️ I always find his session to be dynamic, tough, results oriented but also creative and so much fun I never feel like being stuck in the same boring workout routine, which is why I managed to stick to exercising continuously for so long Another great thing which I like about training with Piers is that his half an hour session is quick ⏱but also fantastic kick-ass workout after which I am completely knackered I feel so much stronger and full of energy on a daily basis am also really pleased with my physique and don't think of exercising as a burden but instead I find it exciting and fun thanks to Piers (until the next day obviously when my muscles atrophies because of the pain). He is very approachable and genuinely cares about my progress and is always positive and in good spirits, which actually makes such a difference on the days when I feel a bit down and don't feel like working out. I am on week 1 of my journey with Piers. The beginning of anything almost always feels the hardest, but from the start I received a very quick reply to my online PT enquiry. The BEST PT I’ve had. Piers is passionate and just as committed as you are. Sometimes is hard to feel like your PT cares about your goals, but there is genuine care and precision in the way he trains you. I lost a stone with piers and really got to know my body. What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Discipline and purpose. Everyone is motivated by their disciplined self. Once we learn how to rule our own worlds through discipline we can make reality work for us. Purpose gives us something to live by. What is the purpose of your goal or why you want a trainer? Whatever it is that’s what’s going to keep you going so it’s best if you have a good purpose for taking up training
What do you love most about your job?
I love that it's not my job but my destiny. I love seeing the confidence of my clients change month by month in their image, speech and actions
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I realised I had a lot to give. While I was studying health exercise and nutrition in my undergrad I noticed I was acquiring a lot of information but it was waste to me if i couldn’t get out there to spread this information and help people achieve their goals. No better way than to do it under the freedom of being a coach
