Avoid!!! They quoted to do my roof, gutters and downpipes. Work been agreed to comply in 4 days.... now 4 weeks later with open roof and internal leak job completed but not fully down pipes not touched at all few broken tiles very poor workmanship had to call external roofer to finish. As an retired man i value my time quite strongly. i was greeted via telephone by a lovely gentleman regarding my gas boiler and decided to give them a try as they were a local company. After a lovely chat with a woman called Tracy a gentleman came to my door the following day giving an assessment on my boiler. the man was very polite and thorough and spoke clearly when explaining the ins and outs of the product considering i have difficult hearing. After a reasonable price was agreed i had my boiler fitted by this company. the people who fitted the boiler were very respectful around the house the remembered manners which i value strongly within my household. All and all a fantastic company and would recommend to anyone maybe considering to have their boiler replaced. 10/10 from me. many thanks More...
