We hired Nathan to cater our wedding for 200 people. Nathan went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted when we wanted it. Very professional and very easy to work with. O and the food was amazing! We got the brisket and the pulled pork as the main dishes and they were delish. Also the macaroni and cheese with sausage was the best I’ve ever had. What’s your signature dish?
Probably Brisket but if the client is ok spending a little more $$, the beef plate ribs are amazing.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I understand that the two most important things when considering a caterer are the food and the budget. It’s a rarity that I can’t find a menu that the client is excited about and a price that doesn’t break the bank.
What do you love most about your job?
Making new friends while feeding them
delicious food. Food builds community.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I never wanted to do it for money. I just liked cooking for friends and family. One day I relented and agreed to cook for a wedding. A paid gig and I found out cooking for strangers turns them into friends. The rest is history.
