Natasha is amazing! I brought her a bridesmaid dress to be tailored last week and the alterations made were perfect. I had it hemmed, the waist taken in, and the bust adjusted - the dress fits perfectly now! I also had a last minute request for a stitch in the bust of my rehearsal dinner dress and she did it on the spot with no crazy rush fees! Panicked because I had only one day to get my dress hemmed for a special event, called Natasha alterations and asked if it could be done by the end of the day. She measured and cut and had my dress back to me within the next hour and a half for a reasonable price. I am beyond impressed with Natasha's tailoring. I took a sequined formal dress to her that was too large up top and it was missing some sequins on part of it. She made the dress fit perfectly and sewed some of the extra sequins on the areas that were missing. You cannot even notice where the spot was! Not only does Natasha do an amazing job at formal dresses, she also does well on suits. I took my husband's military Mess Dress uniform to her and she made alternations to it and replaced the sleeve braid beautifully. You cannot beat the price and the quality of work. She is a kind lady and very professional. Her website and booking process is user friendly and easy to schedule appointments. I will most definitely be using her again! Thank you, Natasha. Nothing short of amazing! Her English is not great, but don’t let that deter you. Her online booking tool makes that part of the process easy, and the work is outstanding. My wife was heading out of town and none of her clothes fit properly. After some debate about finding a new wardrobe, we found Natasha. She got us in the same day we called, had my wife try everything on to get it pinned and measured correctly, and then knocked out 7 pairs of pants, a skirt and a jacket in a day, and for a reasonable price, too! Absolutely phenomenal service. Natasha fixed the sizing on my pants, and added elastic at the cuffs on the inside, which was her brilliant idea, so it looks like I’m using blousing straps. I don’t expect many to understand what that means, but let me just tell you - she is an absolute professional. Natasha is amazing, and an absolute life saver. She works out of her house but dont let that deter you. I had a business trip right around the corner and three 3-piece suits and 2 extra slacks, none of which fit properly. Her online booking appointment tool was easy to use, she met with me right away, and got all the clothes turned around in 36hrs. She measured me and pinned the clothes with me in them to make sure everything was just right. The finish product was perfect, the work was invisible, and she did it quickly. I have struggled to find a place I trusted to do this kind of work but after this experience I will go nowhere else. My recommendation is to give her a chance and you will not be disappointed.
