I started Natalie's program a month ago, and I am absolutely loving it! Natalie makes her workouts fun and challenging for all different levels of physical fitness. In the past, I have gotten on little kicks where I eat healthy and workout for a few weeks at a time, but then I always slip back into an unhealthy lifestyle. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Training is about getting better, not getting pounded into the ground by your trainer! The important thing to remember is that you don't have to spend hours and hours in the gym to get the results you are working toward! We focus on lean and toned muscle, overall health and wellness and incorporating a variety of fitness routines to achieve that. Accountability and goal setting will always help you keep working towards your dream body!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The "body of your dreams" is different for everyone! Defining that & keeping your eye on the ball with the expertise of planned, organized and progressive workouts at your fitness level, while giving that extra push you need to get to the next level are all key components to a successful healthy life!
What do you love most about your job?
Helping my clients set realistic goals, getting over the fears that "I can't do that", stepping up with confidence not only in fitness but in everyday life are a few of my favorite things!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Honestly, I was tired of the corporate world. I knew I had a different gift and couldn't wait to share it!
Why should our clients choose you?
If you are looking for a young, fresh out of school, beast in the gym trainer... I am not your girl. I am 51 years old, been in athletics/fitness for over 25 years. I am an IFBB (International Federation of Professional Bodybuilders) Pro Figure Athlete, I've coached a few superstars and a lot of "regular" women just like myself who just want to feel amazing and look great. I've worked in a big box gym setting, 50 hours per week & now own my own studio!
I am serious about teaching you how to train and eat for your best health. We train smart, we eat right & we enjoy life! We are always a work in progress :)
