One to one personal training in small private gym, cardio equipment, weights, punchbag, pull up wrack, Kettlebells, cables machine, bench, ropes, tyre, barbell, I like to train with circuits and Kettlebells to get that metabolism firing!
Great personal trainer who really knows her stuff. I have osteoarthritis and Natalie has been so helpful in devising exercise programs for me. I completely trust her.

I have always maintained a fit and healthy lifestyle and always felt well in myself. All that changed and I became quite ill, symptomatic and rapid weight gain. I was diagnosed with underactive thyroid and basically told I would struggle to loose any weight now. As my health improved with the correct medication I became more miserable as I could not loose the extra weight and could not understand why as I had no problems pre thyroid issues. I had gone from a perfect size 10 to a 14/16. I knew then I would need help as everything I thought I knew did not work. Natalie has been an inspiration and great motivator. When you find someone that can educate you and is dedicated to your success it makes all the difference. Not only have I lost weight but I also feel well and that is down to having expert advice on diet, exercise and great motivator. I would highly recommend Natalie.
