To this day all my family still raves about how the Nashville chicken legs tasted phenomenal! Jonathan and Amber and their team was amazing. Our first tasting was delicious! Then, everything after was very easy and flexible. They worked with me on every detail to make it perfect. I had a buffet style (2 entrees, 2 sides, house salad) with 3 regular drink options and beer and wine. Their staff attended the food, bar, and sliced and served our wedding cake. They made my sweet cake for cutting! Very reasonable with price and we had food to take home along with our cake, so all of my worries were taken care of! We offer local seasonal farm fresh foods. From our local farmers right here in Middle Tennessee.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We offer our seasonally inspired menus that change each season to ensure we offer the freshest ingredients possible from our local farms. Not to mention we are thrilled to customize menus for our clients as well. We have a very wide range of specialty's. Ranging from southern comfort food to sushi.
What do you love most about your job?
Working with fresh seasonal food and creating an exceptional experience for our clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After years of working for corporate restaurants and long hours. It was time to do what I love but on my scheduled. I now get to spend much more time with my family and on my farm doing what I love. While sharing my love for cooking and exceptional service with clients.
