Our solicitor, Alice Carter-Tyler, explained things in plain language and made, what could have been complex, relatively simple. Alice’s knowledge and guidance regarding the Law/legislation applicable to social care, Inheritance Tax, family matters etc., and her down to earth ability to understand and translate our personal wishes, was exemplary. Having worked at length with the employment and commercial law teams at Nash & Co Plymouth, I cannot recommend them highly enough. We are a small/medium sized company who takes their employment responsibilities and liabilities seriously. Nash has not only helped us completely overhaul all our employment contracts, for field operatives, office staff and managers, but they have presented us with a finished product that is better for both the employer, and the employee.
