I love love love Napoli's! She is always extremely sweet and patient when I place an order! Delivery is always right on time, and when I pick up at their location she always has a genuine smile, and greets everyone like family! Ordered the Meat Calzone and the Gyro Traditional via Grubhub.  Gyro was good, but there was a little bit of room for improvement.  The calzone was what made the order for me though.  It had LOTS of cheese and the toppings spread well throughout, not clumped up.  Marinara sauce that came with the calzone was good as well, but a tad on the watery side.  Delivery guy was very nice and came 10 minutes before the estimated delivery window.  All in all, I am very pleased. Definitely appears to be a hole in the wall spot and happens to be very clean inside. The service was great, she didn't rush me at all and I can appreciate that. I ended up going with the walk-in special.. small two topping pizza with five wings for $10.99! (Chicken breast, spinach and mushroom... with garlic parmesan wings) Can y'all say "le-bomb!!".. Lol.. Ordered a couple lasagna's for Mother's Day. Still as good as it gets! I'm a regular and the staff treats me like a boss (BOSS). Whenever I walk in, I feel like famiglia (that's family in italian). I've ordered this twice in 2 weeks because it's so good!I ordered wings and pizza the first time, and wings, pizza, and mozzarella sticks the second time. The chicken alfredo pizza is delicious! It has spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, chicken,  and alfredo sauce. Its thin but not too thin. The wings were good and so were the mozzarella sticks. No complaints here. We get delivery from this place. It's amazing. We order a large pan of chicken Alfredo or baked ziti, a large salad, and garlic bread. It's usually about $35.00 and it feeds 5 people. It's always delicious. Today is the first day I actually went to the restaurant and ordered. I was thrown off by the fact that it shares building space with a convenience store. It's a total hole in the wall, but clean, with friendly staff and really good food. WOWZERS!!!  This place is my new pizza spot.  Carried-out an 18" supreme and a large house salad w/ the house vinaigrette $31. 00(fed 4 adults).... YUMMY!   Salad was freshly prepared (thick chunky slices of tomatoes, cucumber, and purple cabbage on romaine lettuce ) and the dressing was delicious.  Now onto the love portion of chow... the pizza is AWESOME, was nice and thin and was not soggy in the middle.  The crust was the magical part!!!!!  I will have to try the beef cannelloni next time because the pizza was perfectly executed!!!  Guys, make your NFL Sunday party the that much better with a pie from Napoli Express. I am going to have to say, this is the hole in the wall that you just cannot find unless by accident or referral. They have some of the best Italian food I have ever tasted in Houston. I am not fond of Carrabba's or Macaroni Grill... their just a bit superficial tasting to me. and I will only go if there is an event or for someone else. Napoli's on the other hand, every bite is full of taste, wonder and homemade flavor. Now I know we don't all come from Italian backgrounds but we can all agree that something good is tasteful. Nonetheless, I have tried their pizza, calzone, manicotti, spaghetti, chicken salad, tiramisu (homemade!!! and the best), etc. I have tried almost everything on their menu and each time it is without fail the best I have tasted in a long time. As you might notice, I have been going here a while but never thought to post a review.. until the other day when I went by and wondered if anyone has ever tasted such a place and posted anything on it. Anyways, prices are very reasonable especially for lunch and family dinners. I can't say enough about this place. They also use no swine for those of you who choose not to eat it. I just wish they would expand or move closer to Houston. I visit this place now every time I go to see friends in Sugarland/Missouri City. I go here pretty much once a week. My weekend splurge. My husband and i split a large pizza and theres always left overs. What makes this pizza stand out is how crispy everything is . Every bite has a good crispy crunchy bite to it. Make sure you ask for the carry out special if you are planning on carrying out. The last time i was there the girl there said i didn't specify that on the phone and i had to pay way more for the pizza. She rang it up right there and i did pick it up so there was no reason for her to charge me more. I usually leave a tip and just didn't this time. The man who works there is a lot more generous and throws in extra things because he appreciates our business. He'll say hello to my husband and comment on haven't seen you in a while type of stuff. I also get the antipasto salad which is very meaty and very good. I like the dressing it comes with too. First let me make sure I have the correct Napoli's. The one I am talking about is in Sugar Land and on Highway 6, just slightly south of Bissonet. It is next to a Chevron gas station. This is not a chain. In regards to it's location, it is not pretty. But if it looked all new and fancy, you wouldn't feel like you were in NY when you walk in. It is next to a Chevron. But if you're like any New Yorker or any sane person for that matter, you'd rather eat good food at a dump than eat garbage at a nice restaurant. No one eats inside. When I go there to eat inside, I usually see soccer moms, etc carrying out. So some might find this place dumpy, but I feel like I am home when I sit down. This place has the closest thing to NY pizza I have found. The place is small. The moment you walk in you feel like you're in any neighborhood pizzeria in New York--the cheap dingy overhead menu with block letters, a fridge for some cokes and snapples, and they have STRAWS! Very rare for a place in Houston to have straws. Just go inside, and you'll feel like you're back home. I guarantee it. The dough is thin and good texture. The crust is light and airy. There is a good amount of cheese. The pizza does not have that much of the orange grease that drips out of your slice when you fold it. I personally like the grease cuz that's how you know the pizza was cooked properly (the oil comes out of the cheese at a certain temperature). One slice with one topping is $2.50. I drive 1 hour round trip from my house to bring home a pie. It's that good. Great during baseball season when you have the Yankees on TV (that's if you have satellite) Just like Brothers Pizzeria, they claim to have a brick oven in the back--but who knows. Best kept pizza secret in Houston! Too bad you can barely see it from the road. I'd love for others to try it. More...
