Excellent service in every respect. Arranging a shortlist of candidates via the agents was simple and correspondence was clear and straightforward at all times. The best part of the experience was the childminder - It was our first time using a non-family member to baby sit our 9 month old baby, and we very quickly felt a strong sense of trust with the childminder. Importantly - our baby was immediately at ease with her and we enjoyed a rare stress-free evening out. We will be using Nanny & Me again and I would recommend their services without hesitation. Like most parents I was extremely anxious about leaving my baby with a nanny for the first time, but last night we left our 9 month old along with the 1.
5 year old daughter of our visiting friends with the lovely Maria!
She put us all at ease, arriving early to spend time with the children before we went out. She was amazing, letting us know when our baby went to sleep, sending us photos to reassure us and insisting we enjoy ourselves and stay out for as long as we want, whilst encouraging us to FaceTime her whenever we wanted.
Not only did she look after then children but she had also tidied up the mess we had created whilst giving them their dinner!
I will definitely be using this service again! Thank you!

After many years of experience in the childcare industry, including acting as Nannies, Housekeepers and qualified Maternity Nurses, the childcare difficulties that many families experience became apparant to us. Nanny & Me, Ltd focuses on the safety and wellbeing of the child, whilst supporting families through simple and manageable childcare arrangements. Our reputable and hardworking professionals provide appropriate care, education and learning experiences for children in their own safe, home environments. All of whom, are matched to the right families and provide flexiblility to the families needs.
