What’s your signature dish?
We specialize in southern American cuisine from across the United States but take great care to make each dish our own with our signature collections of herbs, spices, and seasonings.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
At Nanna O's we practice the true meaning of catering. For example, most carters may offer mac & cheese and will have one basic way to prepare it so you will have to take what they offer. Nanna O's on the other hand will meet with you to discuss your preferences for each protein and dish. In the case of mac & cheese, we offer traditional old-school baked casserole-style in a square, or a little loose and creamy. We also provide a stovetop smooth and creamy option as well but that's not all. You can choose from our many different flavors of cheese or select from our custom combinations. We offer gouda (aged or smoked), smoked cheddar (mild or sharp, yellow or white), asiago, and many more. Take it up a level with the choice of bacon, jalapenos, lobster, or crawfish. The point is we want your dining experience to be the best it could ever be and the way you want it.

What inspired you to start your own business?
A natural desire for service to others is what motivates us every day. Knowing that our efforts can elevate someone's event to make it extra special provides us the greatest reward.

You should consider choosing us because you will not find another caterer more dedicated to pleasing you and taking the worry out of the culinary part of your event. We offer a small intimate tasting of your menu the way you requested it so you can be confident in knowing what you are getting from us and request any adjustments to seasoning or special dietary requests.

Due to the current situation of our country at this time, we have adjusted our services to still make it possible to meet for a menu consultation as well as provide a small-scale tasting online and by delivering food to you.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We do temp checks and screenings on all of our staff every workday at least twice a day. We enforce strict mask and handwashing policies. We have a mandatory glove-wearing and changing policy as well. You can rest assured that we will take every precaution to ensure the safety of you and your guest and make your event special.
