Nancy's Floral has stellar customer service. My son sent me flowers for Mothers Day; alas, he used our old address. Nancy's created and delivered a wonderful bouquet to my current address, and were so friendly and pleasant about it. I appreciate it very much!

Nancy's saved the day! When my friend picked up her wedding flowers from a place close to her work not only were they spray painted and the wrong color but they were also dying already. One quick phone call to Nancy's and they were on it. In the last 2 hours before they closed today they made new flowers for the wedding. They are exquisite! The bride cried when she saw them.
