How long have you been in business?
Namron Care Provider was istablished in January 2011. It has been operationg for more than 10 years now.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We provide supplies such as gloves, aprons, alcohol sanitaisers and shoe covers. The service user will have to source equipment from the Local Authority, equipment suh as beds and hoists.
What do you love most about your job?
Making a difference to someone's life. It is so much rewarding to be able to assist someone to meet their personal care needs. It is also rewarding to know that I am making a positive contribution to my community. Lastly I love it when someone looks upon me as someone they can depend on to make a difference in their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To contribute to the development of my community. For long time during my younger days , I have always admired people contribute to the common good of the community.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our service has great experience in caring for older adults. We pride ourselves in our highly trained carers. Our service users are treated with dignity and respect.

No, This service is not ideal to be run on line. We need physical contact with our service users to allow us to make assessments. This way we able to make care plans based on service user's needs.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since Covid 19 started, we have been closely following gorvenment guidlines. We have ensured that our staff are provided with all the PPE they need. We have also ensured that our staff receive training.
Personal Care
We specialise in providing personal care to individuals with a wide range of support and care needs, in the comfort of their own homes.
Our carers will assist you with tasks suck as: getting in and out of bed; strip washes; showering; bathing; cleaning; continence care; and social interaction.
Live - in care
This service ensures that you get the assistance you need 24 hours a day. Your relatives and/or representatives are assured peace of mind while you enjoy quality life in the comfort of your own house
Our carers will live with you in order to meet your personal needs and wishes, following an individually designed support plan that is put together by one of our very experienced care coordinators planning with you; your relatives and/or your representatives.
Palliative Care
This service is for your loved ones who are terminally ill and want to be carered for in their own homes.
Our carers will ensure all your needs are met, and you get the dignity and respect you deserve especially in your last days of life.
Holiday Service
Should you want to go on holiday and need the support of a carer while on your holiday, Namron Healthcare will provide you a carer to support you on your holiday.
Please Note: We are not able to assist if the holiday is outside England.
Befriending
Should you be lonely and just want somebody to talk to, this service will ensure that you are provided with someone to talk to.
