I was so happy to find Naiana Yoga and Kelsey for her brilliant Parent Yoga! I hadn't been to a yoga class in so long after having my son and was both out of practice and hadn't found a class that provided child care. Kelsey was so knowledgable and I felt so comfortable, yet challenged by our class. And I know my son had a great time, too. I am excited to go every week! It's offered on Sundays and Mondays at 10 am. More...

Super happy with this yoga teacher- I have a hard time at fast paced yoga and she does a great and really thorough job on explaining poses, making sure everyone can participate, finding alternatives if you have any pain and just has a really good voice for a yoga teacher- pretty calming.  All in all- really happy with her and you will be too! Q&As

I first like to meet my clients to ask them what they’d like to gain from practicing yoga. This usually ranges from focusing on a particular part of the body such as core, back or hips, increasing flexibility or strength of the entire body, achieving a more relaxed state of mind, or maintaining general wellness. After I learn what they hope to gain, I work with my client to create a personalized program.

Combining nutrition, exercise and a happy, manageable lifestyle.

Watching my clients meet their goals! I also love the variety this job gives me in terms of the locations and types of yoga I teach.

I wanted to help people achieve the same kind of contentment I felt from practicing yoga. I worked as the director of communications and marketing in my previous career, but wanted to do more to help people reach their wellness goals.

I’m a 500-RYT with a diverse yoga teaching background. I received my training in both Seattle, WA and Rishikesh, India. I’ve undergone training ranging from Iyengar, Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga. I’ve also studied mantras, mudras, meditation, chakras, kriyas, pranayama and Ayurveda. Finally, I have my degree in biology, so I use my western education and combine it with eastern philosophy to achieved the safest, most effective yoga program possible.
