At some point, in my life, I had difficulties moving forward. At that time, I didn’t know what to do with my life. Therefore I was stuck.

Fortunately, after Nadia’s coaching sessions my life turned in the right direction. She helped me to find out what I wanted to do in the future. I became more confident and I started taking action towards achieving my goals.

During the pandemic like probably most people I was feeling confused and suppressed.

My social interactions were limited and seemed that many people closed in on me

Thanks to the coaching sessions with Nadia I managed to put my priorities in order and I started searching for new social interactions and connections.

I also managed to organize my time and my work commitments which led to improving my health and well-being. I started having more meaning in my life for which I am really grateful.

Nadia has been a really helpful and patient teacher. She is very experienced and that shows through her guidance and advice. I had the opportunity to meet Nadia and take her yoga classes on one of her retreats in Greece. Nadia is a wonderful yoga instructor and person who genuinely cares about her students. She has a unique way of making sure to understand the needs of each student and tailoring classes so that no student feels not accommodated for, even in multi-level classes. Nadia is a fantastic yoga teacher! Every Wednesday lunchtime Nadia will come into the company where I work and teach an hour long class. It has been so beneficial having these classes as it gives employees the chance to get away from their desks and practice yoga. Nadia is so accommodating to everyone and anyone, no matter how experienced they are. As word has spread within the company the yoga classes with Nadia have got busier and busier. To escape the pressures and frustrations of my big move to London and university life I decided to join the university gym and try out the yoga classes. My first ever yoga class was with Nadia and I learnt so much from it. Her classes flow very well, and although they provide a very good form of exercise and get your heart pumping, they’re also very effective at helping me to clear my mind and find some peace. Her classes were so great, that it’s now been almost 3 years and I’m still practicing yoga. I fully recommend Nadia’s yoga classes to anyone! More...

Joining one of Nadia’s mini-retreats, I really enjoyed the space and atmosphere she managed to create. Following the theme of the retreat, she invites you to a warm, welcoming space and leads you through a strong and focused flow. Nadia was my yoga teacher at the company where I was working. From the very first lesson I found her inspiring and I got to like her immediately because of her friendly attitude and soothing voice. Nadia can really listen to students and shares her vast knowledge of yoga and spirituality which really helps in yoga classes. I have been attending Nadia's yoga classes at the University of Westminster for over a year and would definitely recommend them for people at all stages of their yoga journey, whether beginners or more advanced students. Nadia is excellent at differentiating for different levels and makes everyone feel welcome and that they can move at their own pace. Nadia is an excellent teacher! She is a warm, friendly and calm person and makes everyone feel at ease - no matter what level you are. Her teaching style (we did Vinyasa) is fairly relaxed and she tried to make it fun, while explaining the moves - both the physical and spiritual aspects.
