As a follow up to my previeous review, we did not pay our contractated builder and ended up being taken to court by them as they could not pay all their subcontractors including NA Installations Ltd for their services.

Extremely poor service for a medium sized job worth £200k for a building of windows. Windows were poorly installed, faulty opening and closing, with some half falling out of their frames post installation, which is very dangerous. When the company were contacted, they maintained their installation was done adequately and refused to attend, becoming aggressive when asked again. During their installation they were extremely litigious with other reputable and fair subcontractors, with NA and its director blaming other subcontractors for items such as scratches and snags that were their responsibility to rectify.
