My advice to anyone thinking of using this company- don't!
What an absolute shambles. 6 months of pure stress to complete a vacant possession bungalow sale.
Kimberley Kong was our Solicitor, and apparently also the Director. She didn't respond to emails, phone calls or left messages without constant pressure from myself. The information she did impart was given too late, causing significant delays in completing. I had to send the same documents over again and again as they don't appear to have a filing system that stores said documents. The amount of money I had to spend on recorded delivery was ridiculous, and none of it was reimbursed even thought these extra costs were caused by their incompetence.
Every day there would be a new battle to face with them, and it became that ridiculous that in the end, I ended up liaising with the buyer and their Solicitor directly to get what they needed in order to complete the sale.
My overall opinion of N Legal? Useless, unprofessional and rude. Stay clear, it's not worth the stress!

We used N Legal for conveyancing (sale & purchase) as they were recommended through our estate agent. All in all, Kimberley and the team got everything sorted in good time and we completed on the date agreed, so no issues there. Sometimes we had to chase for updates and push things along in the early stages but towards the end they pulled out the stops to make sure we exchanged and completed as agreed with the other parties.
