My husband and I have been members of Na Koa since they opened their doors. Having done CrossFit elsewhere prior, we couldn’t be more thrilled with the NK environment. It’s friendly and encouraging. No big shots yelling or shouting profanity on missed lifts. Just a good clean supportive environment. We began our journey with a boot camp and were hooked. I never expected to want to CrossFit and seeing how it truly is for EVERYONE, we encourage everyone we know to try it out!
