When I first found Doorsteps website, I was sceptical - if the total package was only £199, would I get good service and, most importantly, would my house sell? I was so sceptical that I phoned and spoke to Hussain who reassured me and told me the founder's back story. I then searched online and read about Ashkay who started the business while still a teenager. I'd had a local company quote for selling and doing the conveyancing work and the total was several thousand pounds! I've been impressed by Doorsteps at every stage. Shivonne has been particularly helpful and professional throughout. From the excellent professional photographs (part of the package) to the online portal and communication, I have been delighted. My house has sold, and taking Doorsteps' advice, I waited before accepting one offer and have since concluded on the sale of my property, with a subsequent and significantly higher offer. My property was listed on Rightmove and Zoopla, where most homebuyers start their search for a new house. Doorsteps is based in England but I was selling in Scotland and they offer home report services with Scottish firms at very competitive rates (and conveyancing too). Thank you Ashkay and your staff. I requested to put my property on the market a few days before Christmas and have miraculously managed to have photos taken and the product listed in just around a week in an incredibly busy time. Lare has quite clearly gone above and beyond to make sure that this has happened with very clear and helpful feedback along the way. The only reason I have not put 5 stars down is that it may be too early to understand whether I am fully satisfied with Doorsteps purely because my property has just gone onto the market today but the level of service so far has been exceptional. Jaz Sahota is my local agent. He came to take photos and measurements on the day we wanted. He has put the property on the market when we wanted, the descriotion is really good as is the floorplan. So far the service from Jaz was really good. The only think which needs improvement is the vendor portal. Little difficult to navigate, there should be listing summary page with the prooerty, nr of advert views, nr of viewing requests, nr of offers and feedback. It should be all on one page. More...

I live close to the West Midlands so my DLPC (Doorsteps Local Property Consultant) was Jaz Sahota. From the outset, I was impressed by Jaz's professionalism and friendliness. Would totally recommend him 100%.
