Marcus has been a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Advanced Fitness Instructor for 6 years. In that time, he has dealt with 100’s of clients, ranging from weight loss clients, right through to professional sports players.

Qualifying with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, who are the leaders in sports medicine and sports performance science, Marcus has continued to top up his extensive initial learning with additional courses such as Lower Back Pain Management and Olympic Lifting, as well as currently working his way towards accrediation with the UK Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA).

Marcus also currently works part time for recently promoted Championship side, Brentford Football Club performing strength and conditioning and sports science support. So Marcus has all the skills and experience needed to deliver exceptional strength and conditioning for amateur and professional athletes!
