Fantastic service, i can personally say i feel i am quite tech savvy as i was able to build my own computer during University, but a hiccup came about when i was upgrading my machine, had absolutely no idea how to fix this as nothing worked, even taken my PC to PC world whom was not able to help also. Found Mystery Tech while searching for solutions and quite frankly, the reviews did not dissapoint! Dave managed to solve the issue of my machine in a few days and explained exactly what had happened and how he resolved it, and also gave me recommendations to where i should upgrade in future. To top this off, dave informed me he spent several hours dealing with the issue, but only charged me one hour for the fix as he did not agree the price with me in advance! I will definately be using Dave's services in future when i upgrade my PC again. just amaze's me how one person can have more knowledge than the giant of a company called PC world, David Vs Goliath much? :) More...

I contacted David, at Mystery - concerning an annoying software glitch on my laptop, which was stopping me from installing a small program to allow me to take part in a Skype interview, the following day: to me this was very important. I called David he sounded calm and sensible - and he fixed the problem the same day.
