Absolutely a great staff to deal with. I live in Ohio and was married in Surfside Beach, SC in 2011. They were so helpful with anything that I needed. Our photographer even helped me with places for flowers and reception sites. Photographers are talented have a keen eye for many poses. I would recommend them to my friends and family. The next time we are on vacation there we will arrange family photos. When I need to reorder photos or have questions Rick is there. Every time I have emailed or called he has been very helpful!! My husband and I had our pics taken by Rick at Myrtle Beach Photography and he was awesome! Very enthusiastic, professional and all around a great guy! My husband is not the most camera friendly person but he felt at ease and our pictures look so natural and fun! Once booking, I received a confirmation email informing me of some very good information such as what not to wear, etc. Then a week prior, I received a call to confirm and on the day of, Rick personally called me to confirm and let me know when/where to meet and made everything so easy! We had a wonderful experience with our photo session on Tues, 7/2/18. The Staff was super nice, loving and caring people. This was a special trip for us through the Butterfly Wings Program of 3HC, in Kinston NC . (Shout out to Cierra, Mary, & Christy) My husband was placed on Hospice Care in May and this was part of his wish List. What started out to be a honeymoon,( we never had one and celebrated our 37th yr on 6/13/18), became a family trip since this was also on his list. Family fun and photos. My only word of caution: if you search "Myrtle Beach Photography," you will find many local companies are named similarly or use that as their description. In July 2017 we celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our children and grandchildren in Myrtle Beach. We hired Myrtle Beach Photography for our family portraits at the beach. It was a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end. I appreciated their staff giving me suggestions in planning the shoot. Our group of 13 included adults, teens, a 15 month baby and four family units. MBP suggested early evening, which I was surprised. But the beach was almost empty, the ocean was beautiful and we got great shots. In fact a storm was looming, but you'd never know it by our photos. Rick did a great job of taking pictures of our entire group, then us with our children, us with our grandchildren, each family unit, each couple, the siblings, and the cousins. I could tell he was experienced. He made great suggestions and was so creative. We were very pleased with his work. Rick took over 150 photos in an hour. Our photos were wonderful! Two days later, we viewed the photos and placed our order. Due to the hurricane our photos were delayed a bit, but no big problem. I am glad to recommend Rick Yant as a photographer. I am the Lead Pastor of a Church. I used Rick to create a directory for our church. I had a vision of doing a directory that could be expanded in the future and not bound like other directory companies. The end result far exceeded our expectations. Also, all of our families and individuals were thrilled with their pictures. I had some couples that were reluctant to have a picture taken.
