What do you love most about your job?
As a director the best part is helping our customers, getting to know their needs and provide a real prestige service. I believe you can also only do this by having the right team, therefor leadership is key to motivating the team, which will help overall customer service efficiency.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve always wanted my own company, all I ever wanted to do. I always think I can do something better, such as making staff and employees feel part of a team and not just a big number. I want to build a company which people are glad to be part of. That includes staff and customers.
