I have been training with Pavel for 11-12 weeks now and I find Pavel to be a great motivator in the Personal Training Sessions. He pushes me above and beyond my own fitness level which has been good for my success. During our training sessions he varies the exercises so that I do not get bored doing the same thing each session.
The training sessions are always a lot of fun. I would recommend Pavel as a trainer to anyone who is serious about getting fit. Cheers

I had a few sessions with pavel recently and had great results, in about a month I achieved the goals I was aiming for, losing some weight but also toning up. I have been training with Pavel twice a week since November and during this period I got the opportunity to understand his training style but also an insight into his personality. He is a person who takes his work very seriously and shows personal care about his clients. While being so professional and focused, at the same time he is a very friendly and communicative individual which makes the sessions more comfortable and enjoyable! Every session is organised in advance and changes in the training occur very often in to make considerable progress. Pavel is always willing to explain the purpose of each exercise, answer every single question about exercising and offer very useful advice and support about nutrition. This enabled me to develop a greater understanding of training and fitness which also improved my performance when I am training on my own. I am very satisfied with my progress and so happy that I have achieved my goals! In my opinion the most important quality that a personal trainer must have is passion for what he does and the ability to convey this passion to his client as motivation. Pavel has been an amazing motivator all these months and helped me to understand that 'limits are only simple illusions'! Well, I would definitely recommend Pavel as a personal trainer. More...

I used Pavel as my personal trainer during the first three months of my pregnancy he was very professional and knew exactly what exercises were suited to my changing body. I not only managed to lose a few pounds from my previous pregnancy, he strengthened my core muscles to assist with the current pregnancy going forward. What makes his trainings standing out from others is that he makes sure that your needs are defined and met by the end of the series trainings. I've been training with Pavel for a few months now. My family can see the difference in my shape and I can feel the difference in my cloths. I also generally feel alot better and motivated too. Training sessions are always different in terms of exercise and intensity. I have workouts to do at home and a meal plan. When I'm not following the meal plan Pavel monitors what I eat and advises on improvements. Pavel doesn't just tell you what to do he explains the science and background to what your body is going through which I find useful. We meet once or twice a week and Pavel is always flexible about fitting in with my schedule. More...

I have been training with Pavel for 1 month now and in that time i have manged to loose one and a half stone following the thought out diet plan provided by Pavel and the exercise tips he has given me.
