Such a great vibe in a yoga studio. Amazing caring teachers and some super fun events including yoga challenges. I highly recommend this studio from beginners to advance students.

I did a 'Yoga For Back Care' Class....very different approach focusing on muscle awareness, gentle attentive stretching, and relaxation. ...a different approach than any other yoga classes I've taken.....very complementary and beneficial!.....just exactly what my back needed! More...

MYoga is a lovely studio. Lots of space, windows, great floors, friendly vibe. Sam was the teacher for a hatha flow class, and it was a lovely practice. Just the right amount of challenge - not too hard, not too soft. I am not a huge fan of new agey windchime type music that seems so prevalent in yoga studios, but I can usually tune it out - and it's better than hearing myself gasp for air! Worth trying! More...
