Starting a new business is always challenging and getting the right people to work with is essential. Thomas was recommended to us and soon proved his worth beyond SEO and digital marketing. We are keeping Thomas on board.

As a local tradesman I didn't think I needed to be online as I didn't want the hassle of a website. Thomas explained to me that if people are looking for a plumber online they would be able to find me even if I didn't have a website - I had no idea! He helped set up my online presence and now I do get calls from people who would not otherwise know that I existed.

We hadn't appreciated the difference between local search and organic search and we were spending all our resources on SEO and wondering why we were not appearing in local search results. Thomas was able to explain why some local businesses can rank well in local search results without even having a website. He was then able to help us sort out our local listing information so that we too were able to rank well in local searches. So obvious in retrospect!

I am very grateful to Thomas for all his help with sorting out my website, face book and twitter pages to maximise cover for the business. My computer skills are limited but he has remained cheerful and patient and dealt with all my queries promptly and efficiently, putting in place the basic structures and then explaining to me how to work the systems. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to others.
