What inspired you to start your own business?
When I was 12, I had a paper route ( I don't think that title exists any longer LOL) I remember stopping in an Insurance Agency trying to win a new customer, since I was already delivering the paper to the Barber Shop directly next door. Even though they didn't take the paper I remember them telling me when I turn 18 to come back because they wanted to hire me. I realized later, that that was my very first sales presentation and job offer. It's a memory I'll never forget.
For most of my adult carrier I was in sales in one form or another succeeding and failing along the way. I was always looking toward creating a business and employing great people.
