Following a restructure at our organisation we needed to contract out all our HR services in an extremely short space of time. We spoke to a couple of organisations but following a meeting with Bill it was clear they were the right organisation to help us take our business forward. We had just come out of a large organisation following a divestment of the other UK operations so we needed to not only manage the growing business but also put a lot of basics in place.
