I used MyHome Cleaners for over 5 years & was very happy with the trustworthiness & friendliness of the teams who came to my house. I also appreciated the flexibility, in that I was able to let them know when I was going on holiday & wouldn't need their service. There were occasional blips when the girls came at odd hours (probably due to sickness cover) & I found that sometimes they were so quick that certain standard areas were not cleaned. However, I recommend them, with the advice to be very clear about what you want done each time they come despite there being a schedule which they bring with them. More...

Booked and received a comprehensive quote from the rep who dropped out to see us, she explained how it all works - very efficient and polite. The team showed up as booked two days later and did an excellent job. They were more expensive than standard agencies/girl next door types but you can certainly see why from how the operation worked. I was a bit sceptical allowing cleaners to clean my property, I was absolutely amazed by the professional service through booking a no obligation quote at my own convenience (after work when I thought that would be too late around 7 pm), the gentleman who arrived explained how the service worked but I could not imagine how great the service would be! I decided to go with a monthly clean, the girls arrived on time, all uniformed, introduced themselves to me, as well as asking me once they had finished if there was any additional tasks. I am now a weekly customer and leave a set of keys with the company, they also now do my ironing and occasionally when I am away a spring clean!!!Everyone is polite and the customer service from the guys in the office is first class! Living in London, it can be difficult to find a reliable, trustworthy cleaning service but I finally have one. From my initial phone call the office staff were really helpful and booked in an appointment from someone to come see my home. Once there the manager explained all about the service and how the staff are trained, vetted and insured. We agreed a start date and the team arrived promptly, fully uniformed and equipped with all that they would need. While here there are always polite and very pleasant to have in my home.
