The BEST service you can ask for Sarah provided.Ordering flowers for occasions is always uneasy because you are either ordering online with the robot  and don't know if the flower is going to look like and or calling 800 numbers ordering from some operator that lives who knows where. .! But this place was one of those place that you call and a very caring and helpful person picks up the phone and service you exactly the way you want to be treated.  Sarah has no idea what or how many or what kind I was going to end up ordering but didn't matter to her, she helped me regardless! Ended up ordering with higher budget and arranged for my customer to order from her as well just because she was awesome! Sarah is AMAZING. I was under the delusion that I could make all my bouquets and corsages. As it got closer to my wedding day I realized that was not going to happen. I was low on funds and freaking out. I discovered my fresh flower delivery on yelp, and emailed Sarah. She was SO helpful, patient and understanding. Sarah answered my call at 8:50 on a Tuesday night, and was able to get a beautiful arrangement out to my friend the next morning. Sarah is amazing!! When I first called I talked to her directly and was very friendly and accommodating. She offered to send me a picture of the arrangement before she sent them out for approval and when I requested to make a small change she did it without hesitation. The flowers came out better than imagined and exceeded my expectations. The delivery was prompt and the recipient said they were delivered with a huge smile! It was on the Saturday that I needed a bouquet arrangement on a face with two dozen long stem red roses and I started messaging Yelp businesses as early as 7 AM, this was one of them. I got very few responses surprisingly but this Business was promptly responsive and we went back-and-forth a few times on Messages brushing up the details of my order. Not only were they the quickest and most effective but they were actually the best deal. Not coming from Long Beach I didn't know the area but I picked My fresh flower delivery based on the photos and great reviews. I called late and didn't really expect anyone to answer but Sara did pick up and she was an absolute delight to deal with. She made great suggestions for the flowers I wanted delivered to a friend. The flowers were beautiful and I could honestly not asked for better service. Sara went above and beyond to make sure the flowers arrived safely, I was super impressed with her business manner and professionalism. i just had an amazing creation delivered, in the form of an assorted bouquet, for only $39! Â My physical therapist had been on vacation and I wanted to welcome her back. Â This was perfect. Â I even arranged the payment and exact delivery online. Â While I was sitting waiting for my appointment, this amazing bouquet was hand delivered.
