Leary of the high pressure sales presentation, I compromised on a 6 month (instead of their insistent 12 month) program and GLAD WE DID. Apparently (based on other reviews which I encourage you to read) their business model seems to be all about LOCKING YOU (the unsuspecting trusting client) into an ruthless legal contract THEN when they under perform (as in my case and many other reviews) and you want out - too bad - they keep getting their money while doing no more or minimal work. This office is a complete disaster! I had an appt on 5/5 at 2pm. When I made the appt. I never canceled or rescheduled it. I got to the office 15 minutes before my appt time and the receptionist tells me my appt is at 3:45pm. I tell her no, it’s at 2pm. She proceeds to keep saying it’s at 3:45pm even after I correct her numerous times. I have to prove to her that my appt is at 2pm. She only believed me after I showed her not only the emails with the date of 5/5 and the time of 2pm but also the numerous text messages their office sends out one of which I had just received early this morning. The receptionist has to call the office manager after I tell her I’m not leaving and coming back. She tells me someone is getting a full body scan and that takes a long time. I told her that I don’t care and that I am there for my scheduled appt and I have to leave by 3:15 to get my child to basketball. She never apologizes or anything. After waiting for quite a long time in the waiting room they finally put me in a room. I tell the nurse what happened and I also tell her I have to leave by 3:15.After waiting in the room over an hour past my 2pm appt time the nurse comes in and tells me there is still going to be a wait for the doctor. By then I tell her forget and that I know they were pushing me off to 3:45pm and I am leaving. I told them do not charge my insurance and that they not only lost me as a patient but also my daughter who goes there. I tell the rude receptionist that I want the office managers number. She starts looking in the cabinet for the woman’s number. Funny, she knew her number by heart when I came in early. She gives it to me and I call and talk to someone who said the office manager stepped out and would be right back. I tell her what happened and that I want a call back today!
