My husband and I have been working out at My Body and Mind Fitness twice weekly for several years. Leanne, Karin, and now Marqie are very knowledgeable as trainers. They work hard to make sure we meet our goals. Workouts are demanding and fun. Leanne’s studio is spotless and well equipped with free weights, workout and cardio machines. Leanne also does recovery training; she worked with me when I broke my ankle a few years ago, and then again a few months later after I had surgery on that ankle. More...

This is an incredible boutique like gym that caters to their client's specific needs. Trainer Marqie designed a well thought out, progressive plan geared toward my advanced age (over 55). Marqie is knowledgeable, kind and gently pushes you to do your best. I highly recommend this gym and Marqie as a trainer. The owner and other staff are also extremely knowledgeable and kind. The gym is immaculate and the staff takes great care in sanitizing the equipment after each use. This is a well run operation that has been in business for several years. More...

I spent a small amount of time with Leanne and simply by being neer her and and picking up on some real advice regarding eating right and Exercising I lost 20 pounds in two months very little exercising and a lot of eating right thank you Miss Christie

Leanne, Tracey and Karin are the best personal trainers out there...they have helped me lose a whopping 140lbs over the last 2 years! And when I plateaued before the first of the year Leanne suggested I try Yoga...total game changer for me I lost over 25 pounds in 12 weeks as part if their 12 week fitness challenge and won a trip to Cancun! I highly recommend this amazing studio. Low key, small classes very inviting and these ladies have a passion for people and helping them reach their goals! More...

Began gaining weight at 50 and let it get way out of hand. Began working with Tracey 3 days a week and following the clean food plan recommended by Leanne, I'm down 40 pounds in 3 months! I have struggled with my weight all of my adult life. I don't trust anyone else to help me meet my mind and body goals.
