Where do I begin? My Wedding Fairies are absolutely amazing. From the moment I hired Amanda and Cynthia all the way until the day of my wedding they were wonderful. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and they were very detail oriented. The day of they made me feel extremely relaxed and very special. My family and friends could not stop complimenting they're professionalism and how sweet they were. The venue I booked wouldn't allow me to bring my decor early and to my surprise MWF took all of my decor and brought it over to venue themselves, they placed everything exactly how I asked. I hired My Wedding Fairies to be the day-of coordinators for my daughter's bat mitzvah, and it was the best decision I made! In some ways it had similar aspects to planning a wedding, but it was very different in other ways, and Amanda and Cynthia rolled with all of it! They were available ahead of time for any of my planning questions, always promptly responded to me, and also came to tour the venue with me a few weeks before the event. They were very organized and took note of how I wanted everything to go- from decor to scheduling the timeline for the day of the event. In addition to the coordinating services, we hired the Fairies to do our makeup and hair, including a trial for both services beforehand. Cynthia did an amazing and professional makeup job on three of us for the big day, and we were all thrilled with our glam looks. Claudina did our hair as well and she was fabulous, translating our very vague ideas to hairstyles that we all felt totally nailed what we wanted and hadn't been able to articulate. Not only that, but these ladies were just a pleasure to be around, and that's who you want to surround you and be taking care of your event on any big day. I only worked with My Wedding Fairies for a week but the service that was provided in that short amount of time was amazing! They responded quickly to every email. Provided break downs of every hour of my wedding day. Ensuring that every possible detail was looked at and accounted for. Although I didn't end up hiring them for my big day I wanted to acknowledge their team for giving such great costumer service and also giving me a standard of what kind of coordinator I need for my big day. Claudina and Cynthia were the hair and make up artists for myself and my bridal party at my wedding and they did an amazing job! Everyone complimented me on my make up and they made everything look natural AND last all night long! They also did a great job on everyone's hair - I couldn't believe that our hair held so well, even when it was a bit windy outside. Originally for my wedding I had booked a different hair and make up artist before My Wedding Fairies came into my life. I had asked them if they could do my hair and make up for my bridal shower since I already had someone for my wedding. Once I realized that the person I had hired was not a good fit for me, I asked My Wedding Fairies if they were available and luckily they were. Best decision I ever made was hiring them. Amanda was my main point of contact and she checked in with me to make sure all was going well and on time. Cynthia did my and my bridesmaids makeup and it was perfect. She took her time and knew what to do for each persons face making sure everyone was happy with their results. Claudina did our hair and matched them all so well. She was quick and efficient making sure to do touch ups before leaving. They even went as far as to meet us early before the sun was up in order to get started. Amanda, Cynthia, and Claudina are a DREAM! We hired them for hair, make-up, and day-of coordinating and it was the best decision we could have made. They are insanely efficient and truly phenomenal to work with on all levels. The ladies of the wedding (including myself) felt confident and looked fantastic. I knew something or other would go wrong the day of, but if it did, I honestly had no idea. My only regret was not hiring them for full coordination throughout the whole planning process. Amanda from My Wedding Fairies was absolutely amazing! She helped SO much at our wedding, we could not have imagined not having her there for the big day. She was there for hours at the reception and made sure we had everything down and also answered all of our million questions. Having a lower budget to work with, we had many friends helping us rather than professional vendors and having her there really tied everything together. TEN STARS FOR MY WEDDING FAIRIES!I am sooooo happy that my friend recommended that I book Amanda and Cynthia to be my wedding day coordinators for my wedding on May 19th. I was looking for wedding day coordinators to ensure that my decor was set up and perfected, a main contact for my vendors the day before and day of the wedding, ensure that the day was running smoothly, everyone was on schedule and to be the one who would answer questions as well as be the point person if anything had gone wrong. I have put so much work creating the wedding of my dreams, so the day of the event I wanted to just relax and enjoy my wedding. Amanda and Cynthia exceeded my expectations and did above and beyond a phenomenal job! A month leading up to the wedding we would have multiple phone calls to make sure that we were all on the same page and they knew my expectations. Amanda and Cynthia also met with me at the venue where I went through in detail with them my decor ideas and what the game plan was for the big day. They took notes, asked a lot of questions, and made sure that they understood my vision. All they want to do is it make you happy and did everything in their power to make that happen. The morning of they texted me asking how I was feeling, did I have any doubts and where my concerns were. They assured me that they have everything under control, to not worry and to enjoy my big day! The day of the wedding they unpacked all my supplies & decor, decorated my whole venue, and told the vendors where they had to go and set up while I was able to enjoy my time with my wedding party and getting pretty. There were a few things that went wrong, for example, the florist did not deliver the agreed on amount of flowers that where ordered. I ordered an entrance arrangement to go in front of the venue and they florist did not bring anything for the front. Amanda and Cynthia were quick to think and placed a vase with my bouquet toss. I am so thankful that they were quick thinkers and were able to fix the problem rather than just leaving an empty wine barrel in front of the venue. Amanda & Cynthia warmly greeted my guests and would direct everyone where they had to go. They were the best hosts and treated my wedding as if it was their own. Amanda has been recently married herself so she knows how us brides feel and can quickly become bridezillas if things don't go as planned. My DJ & MC were so happy working with Amanda & Cynthia. They said that the Wedding Fairies did an amazing job and it was so easy to work with them. They were in constant communication and contact with the DJ & MC so they knew the schedule and if we were on schedule or late. Everyone was on the same page which made it a smooth and easy day! At the end of the night Amanda and Cynthia packed up all my decor and anything that we had brought to the venue! I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work! Thank you Wedding Fairies! I wanted to get my makeup done for a wedding I was attending and My Wedding Fairies came highly recommended from a friend who was in love with their make
up service. I looked them up and was completely amazed and hired them right away.
The day of I was completely running behind, but Cynthia was so patient with me and she worked her magic. When she finished, I looked in the mirror and I LOVED IT!!! Cynthia did a fabulous job with my makeup and is now my lifetime makeup artist. I received tons of compliments on my make up that evening and other ladies were in love with it too! Even my niece said I looked cute and that melted my heart!

As this was my second marriage, I knew what a nightmare the wedding day could potentially be with the complexity of coordinating all of the vendors and getting the wedding party ready. As the bride, I wanted a stress-free day where all I had to do was get pampered and get married.
A friend told me about her amazing experience using My Wedding Fairies and boy was she right! Their services are top-notch! My Wedding Fairies sat down with me and outlined a custom timeline for planning my wedding and they gave me exclusive planning tips along the way. With their guidance, I was able to stay on top of planning and my groom was quite impressed with me. ;-)
I cannot rave enough about how happy and appreciative to have had the help of My Wedding Fairies! Their thoroughness and attention to my wedding, groom and myself was unparalleled.
I truly feel that My Wedding Fairies sprinkled some magical fairy dust on us because my bridesmaids and I never looked more beautiful! We even received makeup touch-ups throughout the evening which was a huge plus.
They literally took charge of everything! All of the décor was delicately placed, the events transitioned smooth and on time, the DJ and all of the wedding participants had and fulfilled their scripts, transportation for the wedding party was well-organized, the groom and I were constantly checked on and the list goes on. All we had to do was enjoy our wedding!

I just want to give a shout out to Amanda and her team of artists (fairies)!!
My daughter Kelly decided last minute to attend the prom and less than a week before the prom we came across My Wedding Fairies.
I messaged them and Amanda responded right away and was able to make it work to get my daughter's hair and makeup done. During the week Amanda checked in with me to confirm the day and time and I was so impressed at how organized she was. Cynthia was the makeup artist and she understood Kelly's concerns and did exactly what Kelly wanted. My daughter Kelly does not like to wear makeup so she was a bit nervous and when she looked in the mirror she was amazed at how she looked and how natural it looked. Then Claudina arrived and did a fantastic job on Kelly's hair! They both took their time and reassured Kelly that she was going to be fine and really helped her relax. Well I must say, when I looked at my daughter I was shocked at how beautiful and elegant she looked!! Not over done at all and she just looked stunning!! Thank you for making this day extra special!�

My Wedding Fairies helped make my dream maternity photo shoot come true. Both were extremely punctual, friendly and professional. I loved my makeup and the photo shoot was great!
