Personal Trainers

I decided to do something about my fitness and contacted this company. They sent me JOE who is amazing trainer and after first few sessions I already feel so different. New nutrient plan and exercising twice a week for me was what I needed looking forward to Christmas:) thanks MyUrban and Joe for your help! Recommend for everybody who wants to change for better

I have been training with Joe for a few months now and find Joe to be professional, supportive and motivational. The sessions are tough but enjoyable. With Joe's expertise and support I completed my first 10k and I'm working on my bikini body before holidays.
I would recommend Joe to anyone More...
