I take my mum to see Farah as my Mum was suffering from a lot of stress. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical, I had seen a therapist when I was younger but I was forced to and I hated it.
This time, I went because I felt like it was my last option to release the pain I had deep inside, and it helped me so much, I’m really proud that I went to see a therapist.
My therapist sessions was that professional that I didn’t even feel like I was at the therapist, it was natural, it helped me to gain confidence in me and in life.

I have struggled for what feels like all my life with eating, weight and health issues. Eating psychology coaching which I had never heard of or even understood what it was really helped me change my life for the better. I now understand myself and my body. I am able to make better choices and enjoy my food again it feels amazing to not have to worry about my weight constantly I am more relaxed and at ease with my body. Highly recommended- I was referred by my GP for work related stress and couldn't see away out. I had 6 sessions of counselling and within that time felt like I had totally transformed as a person. I was able to build up my confidence, apply for jobs, attend interviews and by the 6th session I was offered a new job which was beyond remit. It was through the help and support I got that I was I able to do this I couldn't have achieved this alone. The eating psychology coaching has been an amazing learning journey not only about food but about myself personally. From day one I have felt encouraged and supported by Farah.
She is an extraordinarily person and posses outstanding presence, listening ability and knowledgeable tips. I have lived thirty years with my head under the sand suffering from food allergies. I now feel energetic, I have lost weight and finally enjoy eating without becoming ill after. The whole experience has exceeded by expectations.
I wasn't too convinced about undertaking counselling however I wanted to give it a go and I'm glad I did. Farah put me at ease was efficient and effective in her approach.
She is good at what she does and is professional also considerate and compassionate at the same time.
I hugely benefited from counselling and would recommend to all.
