As a first time buyer there is a lot to get your head around, a mortgage being one of the more complex and daunting tasks. Fortunately the team at my mortgage experts explained everything to me so I understood a lot of the complex jargon. Not only this but the mortgages I'd found personally I thought were a good deal, that was until Rob came back with mortgage offers that smashed the ones I found out of the water. We proceeded with the offers and Rob not only kept in constant contact with me but also my Dad who was assisting me in the process. I imagine going through things twice is a pain but we never felt like a burden. We always got given plenty of time and calls back when promised. Once the process of a mortgage application was finished the team stayed in contact, to see how everything was going. Felt very personable and everyone I dealt with was great. I'd recommend these guys 100%, I genuinely couldn't stress this enough. This was the easiest part of the move and arguably one of the cheapest expenses and was possibly the best service I received. If I could give a higher rating I would. I'd like to name drop Rob and Michelle who were great and dealt with me mainly but there was also others who helped but I'm terrible with remembering names so if you helped me in any way please count yourself in this mini shout out of appreciation.
