What a great company!  I called after dealing with a stressful move and a tight deadline for cleaning the house at our move out date.  We originally planned to clean ourselves, but were so exhausted and overwhelmed with moving, we decided to call in some help at the last minute.  The person I spoke to on the phone moved mountains and got me on their schedule very fast (and very reasonably priced).  The crew worked quickly and efficiently.  I had no idea how dirty things were until I saw how great it looked after.  Kitchen and oven/stove was spotless.  Drawers were all cleaned and bathrooms were perfect!  I will absolutely use this company again. I've used My Maid Day for my last 2 move-out cleans. Reasonably priced and reliable service. I waited until the last minute to schedule both times, thinking I would be feeling up to cleaning myself after moving (lol). They were very accommodating and able to schedule me ASAP. The first time I used them, my studio hadn't had a professional cleaning in almost 3 years and the lady had it spotless in 2 hours. Kitchen, cabinets, bathroom, everything. I had forgotten some stuff in a drawer when I moved and she even bagged it up for me. I moved again recently and had another positive experience. It took longer than expected, so it cost a little more, but she cleaned the carpets and even took the time to tape my broken blinds that my dog damaged back together so I would not be charged by my complex. We used My Maid Day for the 1st time a few weeks ago.  First they called to tell me they were 30 minutes out, which I greatly appreciated.  They arrived on time, were very nice & professional.  My kids were @ the house while they were there & they said that they were very friendly the entire time.  The house looked amazing.  They did a wonderful job. Many clients of cleaning services question if the service has ever trained their cleaners. "I do not think you train your cleaners" is a common theme on google and yelp reviews. I hate to admit it but that statement is true at as many as 70% of cleaning services in business today. In defense of the owners, they could be small and simply do not have the time or they have great business skills but no cleaning skills. That statement is not true at My Maid Day in Plano. I have used my maid day twice now. I was introduced to them through my movers (AB Movers). I had hired a company to do A move out cleaning of my old apartment. The other company failed miserably, so I tried my maid day. They were awesome! Did a great  job and I was able to get my full deposit back from my apartment. I also use them a second time for fall cleaning of my new apartment. Again an awesome job. Both times they sent Maria and I cannot complement her enough for the great job that she did. I highly recommend asking for Maria when you schedule an appointment.  She quickly and efficiently removed stains that the previous cleaning company said could not be cleaned. I had a crew of three ladies come out last week to prepare our house for a photo shoot for our realtors. Wow was i surprised to come home and find my home as clean as they made it. Now my home wasn't very dirty but the way Des was able to get the soap scum off the shower door and faucets! WOW that alone was worth it and the oven, Blanca did her thang in my oven, it sparkles, now i don't want to use it lol. I am so happy to know that My Maid Day can clean my home on a regular basis. It will be so worth it. I loved coming home , walking in and it smelled so good and I didn't have to do it!! I was a little hesitant at 1st because the price was a little higher than I wanted to pay but something told me to try it and see how it turns out GOOD decision. The past companies I have used were less in cost but they were not near as good. I will be referring My Maid Day to everyone I can.
