E' la seconda volta che alloggio al My Chelsea e anche questo soggiorno è stato perfetto! L'hotel è stato ristrutturato e le camere sono pulite e nuove. Avevamo una superior e quindi più ampia rispetto alle altre. Anche se la stanza si trovava al piano terra non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema con i rumori. La strada è particolarmente silenziosa giorno e notte. Inoltre Chelsea è uno dei quartieri più eleganti e belli di Londra! La metro South Kensington si raggiunge a piedi in tre minuti. Non abbiamo provato la colazione ma le camere sono dotate di bollitore con caffe e the. L'unica piccola cosa che suggerirei, è mettere un porta saponette e spazzolini nel bagno che ne era completamente sprovvisto. Personale gentile e professionale.||Tornerò presto! More...

The room wasn’t huge but very nicely done. Modern but with character. Small shower, but clean and nice to have robes and slippers. Bathroom was also done nicely. Location was good, if you don’t mind a little walk to the tubes. Didn’t have much interaction with staff, perfectly pleasant but wouldn’t say they were overly enthusiastic or helpful. More...

It was a nice room, dated carpet but otherwise fine. The main reception/dining area is very cool and boutique. Unfortunately the staff weren’t very friendly. And the fire alarm went off at 2am where we all had to evacuate onto the street. It turned out to be a leak in the ceiling, not a fire, and as such we asked for some sort of compensation that was denied. More...

Booked a Superior Room in order to have some more space. But it was so tiny that its even impossible to lay one suitcase onto the floor without blocking the only cabinet. Felt like being cheated.

The hotel was beautiful. Very nice, comfortable and clean. The shower drained very slowly and would overflow into the floor when taking a shower. It was gross standing in untrained shower water while trying to get clean. Also one of the toilet valves to flush didn’t work. One flush valve worked but the other didn’t. Price was very competitive and the area is top for me. Nice little bar area in the hotel. Seems to be into the health food craze which gave it a theme. I like the black interior. Staff are friendly. Some nice alternative coffees in the room. Close to alot of shops and trendy cafes. Check out was 12 which was great. We really enjoyed our trip and each evening we looked forward to coming back to the hotel to rest our tired feet having been out all day. While accepting the quirky boutique nature of this establishment, I have to say that a number of small, but irritating items would ensure that I would not be returning. ||However this booking was made based on convenience and location and for that it gets full marks. An excellent district of multicultural London where a Range Rover is the equivalent of you average disability scooter in most towns and cities. ||The staff are ebullient, friendly and professional and make their guest welcome making sure that you feel special.||Possibly an issue with the standard room only but no area for you to mark out your territory in terms of laying out your toiletries in the bathroom, the sliding door provides a good view of your partners ablutions, which can take the mystery and romance out of a relationship if any remnants remain. Again maybe specific to our room but the draw curtains do not provide a defence against any ambient light, be it street lighting or dawn breaking, so had to sacrifice a pillow to act as a black out. ||These are minor points of course and the hotel itself is well appointed and quite beautifully rehabilitated. For our one night stay it was okay. But as someone who tends to live out of hotels and or serviced apartments, the small niggles would shift to annoying levels quite quickly More...

We chose this hotel as it was located perfectly for the Chelsea Town Hall. It’s a lovely hotel and stay are very friendly. The first night we stayed in room 007 and it was so noisy because of the bar (Ice machine, doors slamming and bottles smashing plus on the main road), I couldn’t sleep so asked to be moved into room 101, staff was more than happy to do this and there was no problems with this room, it was lovely. We stayed the night before we visited the RHS flower show. We had a double room that cost around £220 plus breakfast.||It's a 10 minute walk from South Kensington tube, parking locally is difficult! It is well presented, clean and tidy with a pleasant Atrium bar. We didn't arrive until after 10pm and sat having a nightcap is very pleasant surroundings.||Drinks were London prices (just under £20 for 2 drinks) but not bad for this part of London!||The room itself was quite small, if we were staying longer this may have been more of an issue. Bathroom included shower with shampoo, body wash etc.with plenty of tools supplied.||Staff mainly overseas but very polite and helpful. We left our case whilst visiting Chelsea and collected later in the day which was helpful||Well located and we would definitely think of staying again when we are next in London. More...
