What do you love most about your job?
There are many things that I love about this role. I particular enjoy meeting and interreacting with new people and gain great satisfaction from being able to provide assistance and support to others in their time of need. This is my dream role as NO two days are the same and one has the opportunity to provide a quality service that enhance the life of others. The My Homecare Milton Keynes ethos is the provision of quality homecare at an affordable price.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A passion for providing high quality care to the most vulnerable within our society. Having worked within the NHS for the last thirty years I wanted to work in a environment with less bureaucracy but with a keen focus on client care and the service users' well being.
I also wanted to create a happy and harmonious working environment where staff are well trained, well supported and fairly remunerated
