Tarot Reading .. I have been very fortunate to have had a tarot reading with Diane this past week .. I am amazed at Diane’s accuracy in all she shared . .. I received 5 session of acupressure from Diana and 5 sessions of wet cupping therapy (Hijama). Diana is highly skilled, professional and compassionate therapist offering an impressive range of different treatments. She made me feel comfortable and cared for at all times. The sessions were proceeded by a very thorough consultation where we discussed my health issues in detail and all potential contradictions were discussed. During and in-between sessions I have received plenty of advice and recommendations in regards to my health. The massage/acupressure always left me very relaxed. I love to receive very strong pressure and Diana didn't disappoint me! I have also received 5 sessions of Chi Ne Tsang from Cristian, which also were amazing. Cristian has professional approach in regard to our consultation. He was very attentative to the pressure I requested. My partner and I decided to try Kambo after hearing about the amazing benefits for your immune system. We were immediately placed at ease when we met Cristian and Diana. They took time to explain Kambo, their history with the medicine and all of the benefits and risks from the minor to the extreme. My anxiety turned to excitement and I immediately trusted them.As we talked I was instructed to begin to drink the 1.5 – 2 It of water. I was the most nervous about this requirement as I usually drink this amount in a day. In reality there was absolutely no rush and we just discussed Kambo further, drew guidance cards, smudged with sage and before I knew it the water was finished and we had created the perfect atmosphere to begin the ceremony.During the ceremony I experienced many intense bodily sensations the most notable, sweating and the pounding sound of my heartbeat. Although my awareness was consumed by the physiological effects of the medicine, I knew that Cristian and Diana were alert and always ready to support. Cristian regularly checked how I was feeling and knew exactly what to say to reassure me and help me to work with the medicine to get the most out of the experience. Also worthy of praise was the careful and measured aid given by Diana. I watched as she sang (with the most BEAUTIFUL voice), pre-empt and cater to our needs and make us more comfortable. She was like an energetic caretaker and this energetic support was very much appreciated.After the ceremony we were given a generous amount of time to rest and integrate the experience. We felt a deep sense of presence, happiness and profound relaxation. We were served a light snack of fruit and dates and discussed our experience, tips for aftercare, opportunities to experience more of the medicine and other complimentary services My Holistic Way offers. Doing this as a couple helped us to feel deeply connected and by the time we got to the bus stop we had already decided when to return for our next treatment! In the weeks after I am still experiencing what I can only describe as spontaneous feelings of joy, peace, positive self-talk and a deep sense of love and appreciation for myself and others.A few tips… 1. Plan ahead where you could potentially eat a good healthy meal afterwards. There are many restaurants in close proximity.2. Plan ahead where you could potentially use public toilets. The detox process continued after we left and you don’t want to be caught off guard on the way home. 3. Relax and trust the medicine or at least trust Cristian. I could tell Kambo is a profound and deep practice for him, one to which he is deeply committed, knows intimately and greatly respects.Overall it was a wonderful introduction to the medicine. Cristian was calm, kind, professional and intuitively supportive. Diana was helpful, attentive, funny and reassuring. I would highly recommend Cristian, Diana and their services, especially to those new to Kambo.
