What makes a great website?
Simplicity and clarity. Customers need to be captured upon accessing your site and be able to easily find what they're looking for within a few clicks.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Who is your target audience? What do you want to accomplish with this project? Who are your competitors in this field? What does (or do you want) your company brand portray?
What information do you need from a client before you start work?
It depends on the project but I will likely need to know who your target audience is, what you want to accomplish with the project, what copy you want to include and what is the time-frame for completion.
What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
Business cards, marketing collateral, postcards, catalogs and magazine publications.
Describe your creative process.
I first like to understand the clients vision for the project. Then, I collect visual inspiration for that particular project by researching similar types of projects for that industry. Next, I will create a first draft proof for the client to make sure I'm on the right track. Once we are on point, I will fine tune the project to the client's liking.
What do you love most about your job?
Graphic design doesn't feel like work to me because I enjoy being creative. No two jobs are the same and so there is always a new challenge within each project. The best part is having a satisfied client and being a part of something that makes a difference in the business they are trying to build.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I finally realized I could do what I love, make a difference in someone else's journey to success all while providing for my family.

I am dedicated and passionate about what I do. It means just as much to me to get your vision right as it does to you. I believe that client's have their own vision and I enjoy helping make that happen instead of telling you how it should be. At the same time, if you don't know what direction to go and you want my expertise, I am happy to take the lead. Overall, my main goal is to make sure the client is happy with the end product.
