What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
Preparation is Key. That's why I meet with the client either face to face or by Zoom conference call.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
Fun, outgoing, and professional. Not many affordable DJs in the Raleigh - Durham area can play a variety of dance music in all genres for all ages. You can always find a cheap DJ near your area but most times you get what you pay for. Before you hire a DJ based on price, make sure you contact Travis to compare what you get in value.
What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Meeting with the client. I send sample ideas and concepts before every shoot. Having the correct lens for the right situation. I try and make everyone involved as comfortable as possible by making the photoshoot fun and exciting.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people of course! I love making friends with other vendors to make the event a success. Sure, you can go with a wedding company with a roster of DJs on staff. But trust me... ALL DJs ARE NOT ALIKE. I will work with you throughout the planning process to make sure that the music selection is just right for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. I have great sound, wireless mics, uplighting, a TV monitor, and plenty of music.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Only in the USA can you earn a living doing what you love. It's the American way.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I've had both vaccines, I wear a mask whenever I perform at venues, and I keep sanitizers close by at all times.
